Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Italy.

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours and, once processed, shipped within 5 business days.

All order are shipped with DHL Express. We will provide tracking for all orders.

We ship exclusively to registered addresses (no mailboxes or security delivery boxes).

Please note we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.

All shipments are insured for their value. If you decide to personalize your delivery directly with DHL by requesting or removing the signature requirement, modifying the delivery address or any other information, requesting for the package to be delivered to a pick up point or any other modifications we will not be responsible for the safe delivery of the package.

In all cases and instances DHL Express "Proof of delivery" document, signed or unsigned, will be the only reliable and valid document in case of a damaged/missing/lost package dispute.
