Refund policy
Please keep in mind that all the items we sell are pre-owned. Due to their nature, minor signs of use and flaws are to be expected.
All items are described carefully and we provide measurements as accurate as possible. We are not responsible for items not matching their indicated size or not fitting as expected.
We post photos and/or list all visible flaws and damages.
We are not responsible for color variations depending on your screen.
If you need further information before purchasing, we will be happy to respond to any inquiries received on our email address, social media channels and contact form on our website.
FOR ALL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges and we don't offer refunds.
FOR ALL BUYERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION:
You may request a return within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered.
Returns are subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same exact condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, all original accessories and in its original packaging, if possible.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If your return will be approved when received we will issue a refund within 7 business days. We will deduct the original shipping cost and a 10% restock fee from your refund.

For security reasons all items are video recorded in detail at the time of shipping.
The packing process is also video recorded.
This will insure and confirm that the item matches the description provided on our website at the time of purchase.
These videos will be used in case of disputes.
